M/s Uddhav Properties Limited (hereinafter referred as the Company) was originally incorporated as Uddhav Properties Private Limited on 14th day of July, 1982 and subsequently converted into public limited Company on 21st day of June, 1983 and presently having its Registered Office at 19, Community Centre, First Floor, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065.Company got listed on Delhi Stock Exchange through its intial public offering which came into the year 1983.Subsequently the Company has been listed on Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India (MSEI) due to de-recognition of Delhi Stock Exchange.
